So i tried the System Restore option and set it to a few days ago and i had to plug in a storage device so it could get the information it needed for the process. When it finished i turned my computer off and on but the problem still occurred. I tried running trouble shoot but it couldnt find the problem. It wouldnt let me enter Safe Mode.
I thought of using System restore again but im not sure it would help. I even tried resetting the PC with the option of keeping my files but that didnt work either.

In the meantime, let us try resolving the issue by following the Startup Repair steps below: Turn off your computer. Turn on your computer. Thanks for your feedback. It just stuck at rotating dots, there was some hard disk activity for initial minutes and after that it went out.. I chose the SSD in boot options and bingo! So the problem was somehow Windows update made some changes in boot sector that confused BIOS and it was not booting from the primary boot disk! Please check if this is the problem, make sure you are booting from the right disk, you may need to go to BIOS and again select the right disk as the 1 priority disk to boot.
